How is my donation used?
Your donation funds direct humanitarian programmes: emergency food, clean water, medical supplies, shelter, and education for families in Gaza and across Palestine. We publish a full breakdown of programme spending on our Transparency page, and every campaign page shows exactly what specific amounts achieve on the ground.
Is my donation secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor used by millions of organizations worldwide. Your card details never touch our servers — they go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.
Can I make my donation anonymously?
Absolutely. Simply tick the "Make my donation anonymous" option during checkout. Your name will never appear in any public donor listing, and your details are used only to send your receipt.
Can I set up a recurring donation?
Yes — you can give weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Recurring gifts are the most valuable form of support because they let our teams plan ahead and respond immediately when emergencies strike. You can cancel or change your recurring donation at any time by contacting us.
Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
Yes. A receipt is shown immediately after your donation completes and a copy is emailed to you for your records. If you need a replacement receipt or an annual giving summary, contact our donor care team.
What currencies can I donate in?
You can donate in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, PKR, CAD and AUD. Your card provider handles any conversion if your card is issued in a different currency.
