Yes. You send crypto straight from your own wallet to ours, so no payment processor or other third party ever holds your gift. We will never ask for your private keys or recovery phrase. Only use the wallet addresses shown on our Donate page, and always match the coin to the network listed there.

Absolutely. A crypto transfer doesn't require your name or email, so your gift is anonymous unless you choose to contact us. If you do share your details for a receipt, they are never shown in any public donor listing.

Crypto donations are one-time transfers. We can't pull payments from your wallet, so there is no automatic recurring option. Many supporters simply send a gift on the same day each month, and every transfer helps our teams plan ahead.

Yes. After you send your gift, contact us with the transaction ID (hash), the coin and the amount. We'll confirm it on the blockchain and email you a receipt. We can also prepare an annual giving summary on request.

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and USDT on three networks: Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20) and Solana (SPL). Pick your coin and network on the Donate page to see the right address. Coins sent on the wrong network may be lost permanently.

Crypto transfers can't be reversed by us or by anyone else. If you sent a donation in error, contact us within 14 days with the transaction ID and we'll review your request. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Campaigns marked "Zakat-eligible" are operated under a 100% Zakat policy: every penny of your Zakat goes to directly supporting eligible recipients — the poor and needy among the families we serve — with administrative costs covered by other funds. Our Zakat policy is reviewed by qualified scholars.

Zakat is the obligatory annual almsgiving required of eligible Muslims, calculated on qualifying wealth, and must reach specific categories of recipients. Sadaqah is voluntary charity of any amount, given at any time. We accept both, and clearly mark which campaigns are Zakat-eligible.

We work exclusively with vetted local partner teams who live in the communities they serve, coordinate through recognised humanitarian channels, and document distributions with field reports, distribution lists and photographic verification. Our published financial breakdown on the Transparency page shows how funds are allocated between programmes, fundraising and administration. We are committed to keeping overheads to the minimum required to run the organization safely and effectively.
