Annual reporting
Each year we publish an annual report and financial statements covering everything raised and everything spent.
Independent audit
Accounts are prepared for independent audit, and the auditor's statement is published alongside the figures.
Full allocation breakdown
Reports break spending down by programme, country and cost category — no aggregated black boxes.
Results, not just numbers
Financial figures are paired with programme outcomes, so you can connect money spent to families reached.
What every annual report will contain
A consistent structure so figures can be compared year on year, and nothing important can quietly disappear.
- Total income by source: individual giving, monthly donors, Zakat, corporate and community fundraising
- Expenditure by programme: emergency relief, medical aid, food, water and sanitation, shelter, education and child sponsorship
- Fundraising and administration costs, with the reasoning behind them
- Grants transferred to each category of field partner, and the controls applied
- Zakat funds received and distributed under the 100% Zakat policy, reported separately
- Reserves policy and year-end position
- Independent auditor's report and any management responses
